Recently David and I met with Jeff and Bryan Eisenberg, in Brooklyn, where they took us out to a great restaurant called Marco Polo (?). The head waiter Carlos picked some great dishes for us, and David was good enough to grab some snapshots.

Interesting snapshots, but what in the world were you eating?
The first photo is of Carlos preparing Davids noodles on a wheel of fresh paramsean cheese. Then end result being the middle picture. Mine was rack of lamb with some veggies. - Most esselent.
