I’m so aggitated right now I could fly to Steve Jobs house, drag him by his ear to have him physically beat the grotesquely inept monkeys answering the Apple support phones. In fact I’m going to stop typing and compose myself before I unleash several unfavorable and documented cases of how I’m starting to hate Apple Support and my one good experience was a fluke.
I’ll post follow-ups as soon as my blood stops boiling.
